How do I see my invoices and what are the payment modes?

The invoices are auto-generated at the end of every month based on the subscription plan and number of completed meetings. You can choose from various choices accessible on the platform. Choices accessible are Wire Transfer, PayPal, Visa. 

   

Standard (Pay per Lead): There are 2 primes features in this plan. One is the monthly retaining fee for the platform usage (campaign dashboard, scorecards, KPIs, negative respondent’s data, lead generation and acceptance cycle) .The other prime feature is the cost for every accomplished sales meeting.

Premium (Pay per Lead): This plan has additional features on the platform, which includes the BI & analytics sections plus all the respondent’s data (leads, hot, cold, negative, all the campaign database access and any marketing/branding campaign activities run to the targets in the campaign database like webinars, event campaigns, newsletters, flyers, brochures, RFP campaign and so on)

Retainer: The retainer plan gives you the benefit of working full time with dedicated campaigners and analysts, in addition to all the features of the Premium plan (Pay Per Lead). There is no separate cost for the platform usage and accomplished meetings. The monthly retainer covers all the costs incurred during the engagement.

Our platform allows you to review a newly generated lead, accept, confirm the schedule and give feedbacks. The monthly retainer component is applicable to the platform usage. Depending on additional features/ further requirements of the campaign data/reports, campaign analytics & business intelligence, you can opt to upgrade your plans. So, the platform usage is an essential cost component in any of the plans you opt for.

You will be able to export the data in the Pay per Lead (Premium) plan, where you have the option of viewing the dashboards, analytics section and export the data applying filters to specific fields.

Whereas in the Pay per Lead (Standard) plan you will be able to see the dashboards and respondent’s data and will be able to export just the lead data and the negative respondents

No, you don’t pay for the campaign if they are paused with no back-end work on research or database building. But if the team is working on research and database building for any new/existing campaign even if the campaigns are paused, you are liable to pay.
